Fad Liurai is located adjacent to the Tartehi mountain. This house is the eldest child of the Hatiliu Liurai (Tartehi). Koi Lasu and Boi Wasu from Hatiliu Liurai had four children. The youngest remained, whilst one went to Fad Liurai, one to the highlands (Kolala) and the other down to Huitlele in Lekitehi.
